Our groups consist of 10 το 15 students. This way everyone gets the time and attention needed.
The DigiDeutsch curriculum is based on the CEFR (Common European Framework for Languages).
All courses are offered as complete packages. The minimum you van book is a two week package.
The minimum lesson package for individual courses is 5 lesson units.
At the end of each course a test has to be taken in order to move to the next level.
A new circle of intensive courses starts every 5 weeks.

How long is each lesson?
Each lesson lasts for 45 minutes.
What is the duration of the free demo lesson?
Each free demo lesson lasts for 30 minutes.
How can I purchase a course?
You can buy a course by filling out our booking form and selecting the desired number of hours. Then you will receive an e-mail from us to arrange the details of your course and to give you all the information needed for the transaction.
Is there a limit to how many lessons I can buy?
If you choose a group course, the minimum lesson package you can purchase is for 2 weeks. If you choose an individual course, the minimum is 5 lesson units.
What are the payment options for the courses?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Paypal or Stripe.
How do I schedule my lessons?
If you choose a group course, you can schedule your lessons according to the course calendar on our website by sending us an email or filling out the booking form on our website. We will then arrange dates together. If you wish to have an individual course you can send us an email or fill out the booking form and we will get in touch to arrange your personal learning plan.
Can I cancel a lesson?
Yes, you can cancel a lesson for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In any other case, the lesson is deducted from the package.
How long does a lesson package last?
The duration of a lesson package depends on the number of hours purchased. For example, a package of 5 hours lasts for 6 weeks, a package of 10 hours lasts for 15 weeks and a package of 30 hours lasts for 6 months.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, the student may request a refund under the following conditions: a refund is only applicable for lessons that have not been conducted and for packages in which at least 50% of the lessons have taken place within a period of two months from their commencement.

What qualifications do the DigiDeutsch teachers have?
Our teachers have extensive experience in teaching German as a foreign language. They are native speakers with academic studies in German as o Foreign language and a deep understanding of the curriculum. Some are also book authors, examiners, and have experience as school owners and teacher trainers.
